When we first meet Craig it was clear from the onset that he needed a system that not only sounded good but was flexible and easy to use for the whole family. Craig loves to socialise in his environment and he had a presence about him which says “I want to have fun”
Craig’s home was being designed and built by Elevate Architectural Transportable Homes which is based in Cambridge. Designing and installing a system for a local job or for one that travels far away has the same quality of equipment with the same design principles. Firstly you must use equipment that is from a reputable brand and offers the best reliability available. We do not put our name on anything other than what we would use in our own homes. Once Craig’s home was powered up in Wellington he was listening to his music and enjoying his turn key home AV system. Once he had his internet hooked up we could remote into his system and do any fine system adjustments to suit his needs.

Craig wanted an audio system that filled his living space with music outside and around the house, in the master bedroom and en-suite. Craig loves music and wanted to enjoy it no mater where he was in his environment. To meet this spec we design a full 6 zone stereo system using Focal Flax in ceiling speakers with all weather outdoor speakers. This would give Craig the ability to listen to music in a separate zone all by its self of with all 6 zones at once. Along with the audio system is a two zone video system which enables Craig to share his video sources between to the two TVs and replay the audio to any zone he wants.
The main living zone includes 2 stereo audio zones with a compact sub-woofer to really give this system some serious punch when needed.
The master bedroom utilises one stereo audio zone and one video zone.
With Control 4 running Craig’s new home we knew we could offer him the quality and stability of a world class home integration system. Control 4 brings all of the homes audio and video aspects under one system with an easy to use remote control or via an intuitive application running on a smart device. We also included a Control 4 wall mounted touch screen which allows a easier way of controlling the homes functions such as the climate control, security and the AV system.
With an indoor outdoor flow and consistent music levels make this an entertainers dream.
A great little deck sits in front of the master bedroom with its own stereo audio zone that you would hardly know is there.
It is good to know with all the tech behind this system all you see is a 65″ Sony TV which is ideal for letting the home look elegant and uncluttered.
